Clean eating, indeed! An excellent recipe and another dish to add to my growing collection of great meals to make in my new slow cooker! The only change I made was to omit the celery (cos I do not like it). The flavors are so good and combine to make a super tasty meal fit for family or guests alike.

I love jambalaya but have never made it in my slow cooker. I will definitely make this, probably on a weekend when we can enjoy it with a loaf of homemade bread and some cucumber salad or coleslaw. I can't wait to try this recipe. Slow cooker recipes are wonderful because they are ready at the end of a busy day.
