I use this recipe all the time, so that the chicken is ready when I get home from work. Then I use the chicken for casseroles, chicken enchildas, tacos, nachos, etc. I think chicken cooked in the slow cooker stays moist and is better than boiled, baked or microwaved, of course!

Such a brilliant idea and one that I think could finally make my family believe that I am a Cooking Goddess, lol! Unbelievably this idea has never occurred to me but, now that I have seen this genius recipe, I can assure you I will most definitely be using it today!
