Spicy Beef Roast
Spice things up with this roast beef recipe! This slow cooker roast beef recipe is simple to make and delicious as soon as it's done. It's also perfect for leftover roast beef sandwiches the next day.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds round tip roast or brisket, trimmed of fat
- 2 tablespoons cracked black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
Instructions
- Rub cracked black pepper and garlic on to roast. Put roast in slow cooker. Make several shallow slits in top of roast.
- In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
- Cover; cook on Low 8 to 10 hours or on High 4 to 5 hours.

Very very tasty, but dry. I added 1 cup of beef broth, and it wasnt enough to make it moist. Next time, Ill add two, unless someone posts something different.

I cook my beef roast in some beef bouillon and water. it makes the beef roast real moist and taste real good
