Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground meat
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 28-oz can tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup picante sauce
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 17-oz can corn, drained
- 15-oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 8 green onions, with tops
- chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
Brown meat with garlic; drain. Place meat and all ingredients except green onions and cilantro into slow cooker. Cook on low 6 hours or on high for 3 hours. Add green onions and cilantro during the last hour of cooking. Serve in bowls with chips or tortillas and toppings: cilantro, cheese, sour cream and guacamole. Yields 6-8 servings.
