    Ingredients

    • 2 lbs. ground meat
    • 2 large cloves garlic, minced
    • 28-oz can tomatoes, chopped
    • 1 cup picante sauce
    • 1 tsp ground cumin
    • salt and pepper, to taste
    • 17-oz can corn, drained
    • 15-oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
    • 8 green onions, with tops
    • chopped fresh cilantro

    Instructions

    Brown meat with garlic; drain. Place meat and all ingredients except green onions and cilantro into slow cooker. Cook on low 6 hours or on high for 3 hours. Add green onions and cilantro during the last hour of cooking. Serve in bowls with chips or tortillas and toppings: cilantro, cheese, sour cream and guacamole. Yields 6-8 servings.
