Ingredients
- 1 can (about 15.5 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (about 15.5 ounces) red beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (about 15.5 ounces) Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (about 15.5 ounces) black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (about 8.5 ounces) baby lima beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and stir. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours, or until onion and peppers are tender. Remove and discard bay leaves.
