Even with fall fast approaching, this is a refreshing recipe to have around. The beauty of this recipe, once frozen it can remain in the freezer until needed. With this recipe making 22 individual servings, I can have a desert at the snap of a finger.

What a wonderful fruit salad recipe idea. This would be a great change up instead of having ice cream on a summer night. The ingredients are some that I usually have on hand and the recipe is simple to prepare. This would be a great ender to a summer barbeque.
