    Labne (yogurt Cheese) Balls

    Ingredients

    • 1 quart yogurt, drained
    • 3-4 cloves garlic
    • salt
    • pepper
    • 1 lemon
    • olive oil
    • parsley, dill or cilantro

    Instructions

    Drain the yogurt. Mash the garlic and salt in a mortar & pestle. Mix all ingredients except the olive oil. Shape into little bite-sized balls and serve marinating in olive oil. This is good served with cocktails or as part of a mezza with olives, tabbouleh, hummus.
