Homemade Velveeta

This version of Velveeta cheese is nearly identical to the original. You can use it in place of Velveeta in other recipes, such as macaroni and cheese and queso dip. If you ever thought about making cheese at home, this recipe is a good one to start with. Soon, you may be making your own mozzarella!

Call me crazy, but I think this is the best thing since sliced bread! I love making things myself from scratch and now I can make a smooth, melting cheese without all the chemical additives or whatever the stuff is that we can't pronounce and that has given processed cheese a bad name. If you look at how this is made, there's nothing evil about it!
