    Mock Devonshire Cream

    Ingredients

    • 3 ounces pkg. softened cream cheese
    • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
    • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

    Instructions

    In small mixer bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add whipping cream, beating until thick. Refrigerate, covered, several hrs. or overnight. Amount: 2 cups. It keeps from 10-12 days in refrigerator.
