Summer is the time for backyard barbecues and frozen desserts. Turning on the oven or stove is daunting, so keep the use of heat-radiating appliances to a minimum with this Italian Pasta Salad. The only time your stove has to be on is to cook the pasta, and if you make a large batch you do not need to turn it on for the rest of the week. The dressing is made from olive oil, salt, and pepper, so this salad stays very light and refreshing as a side, or as a full meal with grilled chicken on top.
