I love your healthy take on these brownie bites. I think pumpkin is a fabulous fruit to use because it has such little calories. Plus, pumpkin needs very little sugar to sweeten it up, right? These brownie bites are perfect for me to get up and get everyone out the door in the morning. We can all grab our cup of coffee and a couple of muffins to keep us going until lunch. I think this is a fabulous idea.
