I know you have two nut choices in here, but we have an allergy at home. Can we use peanuts instead? I think your recipe is a quick way to whip up a batch of fudge, and I really want to get a head start on my holiday baking. I think a nutty fudge is always a sweet and salty treat that people appreciate.

This fudge is super simple. No messing with candy thermometers and hoping the fudge sets up. With this, you melt and stir together and refrigerate until firm. What could be easier. Leave out the nuts if you like. I did and it was tasty. I would add nuts to give to my father-in-law though.
