How can apple pie taste any better? Why in a little mini pie cup, of course. I think this is a fun and tasty way to make a dessert that you want to share with a group at church or for a party. I love that you can make these appetizers for a holiday party too.

I totally agree about apple pie being too big and so what could be better than Apple Pie CUPS, hey? This was a tricky recipe for me because none of the branded ingredients are available in South Africa and so much improv was required that perhaps my opinion of the recipe is not at all valid, lol! For what it is worth we loved it! We put a dollop of our homemade vanilla ice cream on top and it was great!

Bite-sized food can often be my downfall as well. It's easy for me to snack away on something like brownie bites or mini cookies without realizing how many I'm consuming. I have the definite feeling I could easily polish off most of the 10 this recipe makes without batting an eye. These really look absolutely delicious and quite easy to make.

To my kids, food in miniature size looks more tempting than the original size. They can eat a lot of them without even realize it. I will try this apple pie cups recipe. Lets see if they love these apple pie cups as great as they love mini donuts and mini pizza.
