No bake peach bars? Color me pink because I am tickled. I want to make these bars now. They sound so creamy and yummy. My favorite part is the fresh peaches. This reminds me of a strawberry pie a lady made me when I was pregnant. It had fresh strawberries, strawberry jello, and whipped cream.

What a nice summertime dessert! Anything with chilled fruit always tastes great during the hot summer months and this is a wonderfully simple recipe to make up. Peach jello is readily available at Wal-Mart though I also like the idea of giving it a try with some different fruits and flavors of jello. I do like the idea of peaches with vanilla pudding (thanks, Maggie G!) , and I need to give that a try.

I really like how this recipe uses fresh peaches! I have never seen peach jello before so if you haven't either, try some other flavors. For example, strawberry, blueberry, lemon, etc with the appropriate or even a vanilla pudding with the original peaches. Any variations will work!
