Blackberry and mint sounds very interesting together. I have tried blueberry and mint, so I am thinking the flavor has to be similar, right? I like that the mint does the same thing citrus does with berries. It adds a nice flavor and cuts through the berry taste to make it sweet and tangy at the same time. It kind of plays tricks on the tongue.
