Caramel Stuffed Brownies

"These caramel brownies are to die for! The brownies are rich chocolate with a creamy caramel filling. The recipe begins with a cake mix base, so it's easy to make. Pat half of the batter into a glass pan and bake for 8 minutes. Top with chocolate chips, melted caramel and the remaining batter. Bake for another 15 minutes.
