Lemon meringue is one of the most iconic pies I can think of from the past. My grandmother used to make these from scratch all the time. I have to ask where the cracker crust came from because it is such a unique ingredient? I have only seen it in a few recipes.

This is by far one of the most interesting lemon meringue pie recieps that I have ever seen. From the saltine crackers to the sweetened condensed milk, this recipe is simple for the home baker. I personally love lemon meringue pie and am used the lemon curd version, so I am very intrigued to try this new creamy recipe. If you have never made meringue before, this is a good recipe to try it with because the instructions are very clear and easy to follow!
