Danish Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c flour
  • 1/3 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 c chopped walnuts
  • 1 cube or 1/2 c margarine
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 5 Tbsp milk
  • bananas
  • 1 jar strawberry glaze mixed with 1/2 c/ seedless raspberry jam

Instructions

Mix ingredients for crust, press into bottom of 9X13" pan, prick surface with a fork. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 min. or till golden brown. Cool crust. Mix ingredients for filling, spread onto cooled crust. Slice bananas and cover filling in rows of slices. Top with glaze, and spread to cover all banana slices. Refrigerate till ready to serve.
