Banana Bread Pudding

"This delicious bread pudding is going to make you look at those gorgeous yellow bananas on your counter and think BANANA BREAD PUDDING! Grease a 2 quart casserole dish. Toss the bread cubes and melted butter together to coat them. Place the eggs in a medium bowl and add milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt to the bowl and lightly beat. Add the sliced bananas to the bowl and stir. Add the mixture over the bread and bananas and stir. Add white chocolate chips to the top. Bake and make sauce for the top. Enjoy!"
