This is a delicious looking dessert. I'm kind of intimidated about making cheesecake so this is such an easy way to make one. I'm sure this is smooth and creamy. The fruit will make for a tasty addition. This could make an elegant looking dessert for a special meal or party. It would be nice for a substitution for a birthday cake.
