The kids and their friends will definitely love these Witch Hat Cupcakes on Halloween. It is age appropriate because it is not very scary looking especially for the little ones. Kids love sugar cones the ones they use for their ice cream but now they will have the black ones which is exciting. The cones look like the witche's hat. Go ahead, you can make these witch hats for your party. Very nice.
