- 3 cups Light Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- 3 cups Chocolate Chips

Add the flour to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute 15 seconds, stopping every 15-20 seconds to stir it. Let it cool to room temperature.
