Lemon Meringue Pie Sundae

"Do you have a sweet and simple dessert that really makes you happy? Lemon meringue pie is that dessert for me. The problem: nobody wants to bake in the summer. So, this idea of a lemon meringue pie sundae makes my heart sing. I have to admit, this “recipe” was created because I had a craving.
