Magic Samoa Bars
Magic Samoa Bars are going to be your new best friend. This recipe for magic bars was inspired by a certain Girl Scout cookie: The Samoa (or Carmel deLite depending on where you're from). This dessert bar is made up of the delicious combination of chocolate chips, caramel bits, and shredded coconut. A shortbread crust holds everything together. These dessert bars are ideal for potlucks and parties. Make a batch and share them with friends or coworkers. They'll be thrilled you brought them with you.

You are a Girl Scout cookie fan too, huh? I am so happy that you chose to make a new version of the Samoa. It is one of our favorite cookies. We buy a few boxes of them each year. This way we can have the flavor we love whenever we want with your coconut recipe.

I love Samoas (or Caramel DeLights as they're called in other parts of the country) and this recipe sounds like a perfect way to indulge my desire for them away from Girl Scout Cookie season. A box of them is basically a single serving for me, so this recipe is a welcome addition to the cookie box. I can't wait to make up a batch.
