Maple Pecan Baked Donuts
"Light and fluffy baked donut topped with a maple frosting and chopped pecans. These donuts are really quick to prepare and bake in just 12 minutes. You do need a donut pan but you can pick those up fairly cheap on amazon. The glaze is made with icing sugar and maple syrup, prepare to get messy as you dip the donuts int the glaze and leave to set. Be sure to chop the pecans well."

Oh, yummy! I will have to make these with peanut or sunflower seeds because I have a tree nut allergy in my home. Which one do you think will work best. I could use a pumpkin seed, but I am not sure that would work with the maple. I guess coconut could work too. I think that combination would be great.
