Well, I have to say I was surprised to see the name of this treat. I know it does not sound appealing at first, but when you read the ingredients, this dessert sounds delicious, right? My favorite part is that you serve this dessert cold so that it works great for a summer night after working hard in the yard or grilling out.

I was surprised to see coconut in this recipe. Banana and peanut butter make a good combination. Is it okay if I use regular chcocolate chips?

Kids just crack up laughing at the name of these treats and the recipe is so easy that kids can join the fun. I suggest leaving out the maple syrup and using firm ripe bananas to get the proper consistency.

Also clicked on this just because of the unique title! But I was pleasantly surprised with this simple, delicious, no-bake, and even vegan recipe. I love how peanut butter can be easily substituted with almond butter (or even cashew butter!) An important tip is to make sure the bananas are ripe or the texture will be all off.
