No-bake Pumpkin Pie Bites

"When I hear no-bake I think yay! I love it when I am able to make a delicious dessert without having to use my oven. So this could be a great summertime recipe but it makes me think more of fall and winter. Another idea is to make a no-bake pumpkin pie. If you have a favorite kind of shell or graham cracker crust that you like to use this makes an easy pie though it might be on the soft set side so keep that in mind."
