Nutella Slow Cooker Hot Chocolate

I was going to make this for my class of first graders one winter, but because of the "no nuts" policy I couldn't, so I made it for the staff. I put it in the teacher's lounge with a note that it had Nutella in it, and it was gone before the morning bell rang! It was a big hit and the Nutella elevated it from basic hot chocolate. Putting it in a slow cooker on warm was an easy prep and serve idea! (I left a few cans of whip cream in a bowl of ice next to it.)
