"These lemon bars are a play on oatmeal crème pies (which are one of my favorite Little Debbie snacks), but have a punch of tart lemon crème in the middle and pockets of white chocolate chips. I made a double batch of these and brought them into work one morning; by 10:00am they were all gone! Please let me know if you give these a try, it’s a recipe that you will definitely want to add to your Pinterest or recipe book."
