Peach melba is a dessert made with peaches, raspberry sauce, and vanilla ice cream. These popsicles definitely embody those flavors well! Plus, this is a waaaay healthier version made with fresh or frozen fruit, almond milk, and Greek yogurt. If you don't have a popsicle mold, you can use paper cups with wooden popsicle sticks and just cut the paper cup off when frozen!

Store-bought Popsicles are crazy expensive. It seems like it costs an arm and a leg for just a few frozen treats. But I'm definitely on board with making my own popsicles!
