Pecan Pear Tart
"Pears and pecans nestled in a custard filling while lying on a bed of shortbread type crust. My kind of dessert. This tart was excellent in every way imaginable. The flavor combinations fit together perfectly. This dessert starts with a homemade tart crust. Place the pear slices in a circle (overlapping them) on the bottom of the warm crust. Make the filling and pour over the pears. Bake for 30 minutes. This is a delicious treat served with whipped cream or a small scoop of ice cream. Pear Pecan Tart, perfect anytime of the year, ENJOY!"
