Lemon bars are such a treat in the winter, don't you think? I adore this recipe because it is so bright and citrusy. I think it will be a welcome change from the heavy pumpkin recipes we have been sampling all fall long. I want to make these bars soon to brighten up our day. Maybe this weekend would be the perfect day to do it.
