Can anything soothe a rough, hot summer day than a fluffy, tropical trifle? I think your fruity dessert is exactly what my kids need to get them out of the end of the year slump they are in right now with school. I think a fresh set of recipes with new desserts will be an excellent treat for hard work in school.

This reminds me of the desert that was a classic at every extended family event but for some reason, you don't see it much anymore. I did have coconut in it, though, and I'm going to add some to mine. I'm also going to use sugar free pudding to cut the sugars even more. It's still going to taste like a decadent dessert!
