Plum Crisp
Ingredients
- 6 large plums, pitted and sliced
- 1/4 cup dry marsala wine
- 1 tablespoon plus 2 tablespoons light brown sugar, separated
- 4 ounces granola
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Prepare a 9" glass baking dish with your favorite non-stick spray. Arrange plum slices in the pan. Sprinkle with the wine, and 1 T. brown sugar. Cover tightly and bake in a 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. In a small bowl, combine granola, cinnamon and 2 T. brown sugar. Sprinkle mixture over plums and return to oven, uncovered, for 10 minutes, or until topping is golden brown and mixture is bubbly.
