I think pretzels are the best things for pie crusts, or croutons, don't you? I love that you chose to put them in this raspberry salad. The whipped cream is what I love in this dish because I think it ties everything together nicely. I know I love a great whipped dessert for summer when it is hot outside and everyone wants cold food.

The saltiness of the pretzel adds to the sweetness of the raspberry salad. The whipped cream on top is just an added surprise taste that compliments the rest of the dish. With a ten minute prep time and a serving size of 24, this would make a great take along dessert if you needed one that looks like you spent a lot of time making.
