No-Bake Cheesecake
"Ultra creamy and smooth No-Bake Cheesecake is exactly what hot summer days call for. The luscious cheesecake filling rests on a graham cracker crust and it all comes together in a snap. Mix the ingredients for the crust, press it into the pan, and freeze it while you prepare the filling. The filling is made with just a handful of ingredients and doesn't contain sweetened condensed milk like most no-bake cheesecake recipes. Once the filling is made, spread it over the crust and refrigerate the cheesecake overnight. This is a great recipe to make ahead for a summer potluck!"
