- 1 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 14 ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 3 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 cups Rasted Almonds
- 2 1/2 cups Mini Marshmallows

In a glass bowl, microwave 1⁄2 cup of the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until the chocolate chips are melted and smooth.
