Ingredients
- 3 ¼ cups of sliced strawberries
- 2 limes (zest 2, juice 1)
- 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour (plus extra for dusting)
- ¼ cup + 2 tbsp of sugar
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 7 tbsp cubed cold butter, + extra for greasing
- ½ cup + 1 tbsp buttermilk
- For Serving: powdered sugar, whipped cream, and honey to taste
