    • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (Cobbler Crust)
    • 1 cup whole milk (Cobbler Crust)
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (Cobbler Crust)
    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted (Cobbler Crust)

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

    2. Grease a casserole dish.

    3. In a medium bowl, add mangoes and sugar.

    4. Stir to coat mangoes in sugar and set aside.

    5. Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in another bowl.

    6. Add in milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter.

    7. Stir just until combined.

    8. Pour batter evenly into a casserole dish.

    9. Spoon mangoes evenly on top of batter.

    10. Bake for 37 minutes.
