Oh my word, this recipe looks heavenly. I love a good Reuben and having it in dip form seems like it would be totally delicious. I'm thinking it would be very good with those little pumpernickel and rye party breads that are usually sold in the deli section. I also like the idea of a homemade Thousand Island dressing as some of the store bought ones contain high fructose corn syrup. Can anyone suggest another type of cheese besides Swiss that would be good in this recipe?

This reuben dip recipe is one of my favorites added to bread in a bread bowl style, perfect for those lazy winter months, and always comes out so mouthwateringly delicious! I really like to make this dip and take it with me to gatherings or potlucks and use just as a dip or assemble the bread bowls there! It's a really nice crowd pleaser, and so simple to make!
