Cheeseball
Ingredients
- 8 ounces package cream cheese
- 3 to 4 green onions, chopped (I use only the green part)
- 1 pkg Buddig's corned beef slices (or any very thinly sliced brand), chopped
- Worcestershire sauce
- horseradish
- Tabasco
- garlic cloves (finely chopped) or liquid garlic
Instructions
Save 1/2 the corned beef to roll the cheese ball in - mix remaining ingredients. I start with about a tsp. of horseradish, a couple cloves of garlic, a dash of Tabasco and just enough Worcestershire to barely color the mixture, then taste it and adjust from there. Form into a ball and roll in the remaining chopped corned beef.
