Notes
To make this recipe a little faster and on the stove top instead of oven. Combine all ingredients in medium sized skillet, heat over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces jar marinated artichoke hearts
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup mozzerella cheese, grated
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1-2 green onions (optional)
- 4 ounces smoked salmon (optional)
Instructions
- Combine artichoke hearts, cream cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise and green onions and smoked salmon if desired in a food processor and pulse to make it fairly smooth. There should still be some chunks.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Pepper to taste (you probably won't need salt). Pour it into a shallow baking dish. Cover with the grated cheese and bake until browned and bubbly, about 30-45 minutes.
- Serve with sliced bread (toasted is good), chips, crackers or pita chips.

Hi mtnmamma - We would not recommend substituting fat free versions of all three ingredients, but if you would like to lower the fat content of this recipe you could substitute low fat or fat free mayo or cream cheese. Hope this helps! -The editors of RecipeLion

Hello Chef, Sorry for the confusion on this recipe. It appears we intended to use the Artichoke and Spinach Dip recipe (also found on this site) for the no-bake version. I've updated this recipe to reflect the issues you noted. Thanks so much for pointing that out!

Interesting...a no-bake spinach dip that doesn't use spinach and is baked in the oven! You guys missed the mark on this one! Too much Christmas eggnog?
