This would be a great cool dip to serve along side a summer barbeque. I could imagine several different uses for this dip recipe. It would make a nice condiment for a quick and light tasting turkey wrap for lunch, and would make a great burger topping. It would be pretty to stuff in those little pretty cocktail tomatoes as a single serve appetizer.
