I used this dip because I was in the mood for a gyro. I cooked a pork loin in the pressure cooker, shredded it, put it in a pita pocket with some lettuce and tomato, and then I added this dip. I have to say that this dip is so good! I ended up eating several of them. The only thing I did differently was to add some dill. I love dill, especially in makeshift gyros. This was the perfect dressing.

When you live in a hot country you eat things like this cucumber dip with raw vegetables quite often as you are constantly looking for light and refreshing meals. These dishes needn't be bland and tasteless and the only way to liven up raw vegetables is with the right dip. I never thought to add feta cheese to cucumber so I love this idea and am going to try it.
