Low Fat Orange Yogurt Dip for Fresh Fruit

Knock Knock! Who's There? Orange. Orange Who? Orange you going to make this yogurt fruit dip recipe? There is certainly no joking around when it comes to this great tasting the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 carton (8 ounces) low-fat plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • grated peel of 1/2 orange
  • 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1 medium Red Delicious or Ginger Gold apple, unpeeled and sliced
  • 1 medium banana, peeled and cut into chunks

Instructions

  1. In small bowl, combine yogurt, honey,and orange peel.
     
  2. Serve as a dip with orange, apple, and banana.
     
  3. Sprinkle the cut apple and banana with a small amount of orange or lemon juice to prevent fruit from darkening.
     
  4. Makes 4 servings (2 ounces dip each).
