Shrimp Dip
Ingredients
- 2 cans small shrimp, drained well and flaked
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 large block cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
Mix together softened cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice until smooth. Add vegetables and shrimp. Mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate several hours before serving with crackers or crusty bread rounds.
