Sun dried Tomato Mousse
Ingredients
- 1/2 to 1 cup olive oil
- fresh basil
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- several cloves garlic, pressed
- Sun-dried tomatoes, revived and diced
- 4 ounces goat cheese
Instructions
Throw everything in the food processor and pulse until smooth. Serve with breadsticks, sliced sourdough baguettes, etc.
