Terrific Tex-Mex 7-Layer Dip

Ingredients
- 2 large cans bean dip
- 3 avocados, peeled and mashed
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- dash garlic salt
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced, seeds removed, patted dry on paper towels, and diced
- 1 small can sliced black olives, drained, patted dry, and chopped
- 4 to 8 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
- Drain water from bean dip and spread on bottom of a rectangular cake dish.
- Mix avocados, lemon juice and garlic salt well and spread over bean dip.
- Mix sour cream and taco mix well and spread over avocado layer.
- Spread green onions over sour cream layer.
- Spread tomatoes over onions.
- Spread olives over tomatoes.
- Spread cheese over black olives.
