Yum! This looks great! I really like the use of the Nilla wafers as the apple pie crust in the milkshake. This reminds me a bit of the apple milkshakes that Steak 'N Shake and Cook Out carry on their menu. I'm glad to have a version of this I can make at home any time I want. I agree that there should be some apple chunks in the mixture, and I really like having some of the apple slices as a garnish. I'm really looking forward to making this.
