I've seen some other copycat recipes for Bailey's Irish Cream and this is one of the more involved ones. This one has more ingredients and I like the addition of the instant coffee to the list along with the almond extract. The downside is that this is one to make in advance and let settle for a few days so the flavors all blend properly. I've come across others that are of a mix-and-go variety, but I would like to try this based on the flavors used.
